Refund Policy

Ajna Photography values transparency and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains the terms related to refunds for our photography, videography, and related services.

1) BOOKING AMOUNT / ADVANCE PAYMENT

  • Any advance payment made to confirm a booking is non-refundable.

  • This is because dates are blocked exclusively for the client and we may decline other bookings for the same date.

2) CANCELLATION BY CLIENT

If the client cancels the booking for any reason:

  • The advance amount will not be refunded.

  • Any additional payments already made may also be non-refundable depending on the work already completed (planning, travel, editing, etc.).
